AMERICAN LATE CLASSICAL STYLE MAHOGANY SOFA, H 31 3/4″, W 79″, D 24 1/4″:The crest with carved panels of shells, above the shaped arms fronted by cornucopia carvings with acanthus leaf detailing, raised on hairy paw feet with fruit clusters and further acanthus leaf details. Upholstered in yellow with two bolster pillows.
With isolated areas of veneer loss, most noticeably to front. Having scratches, scrapes and marks throughout consistent with age and use.
